August Mausolf
Harbor Beach - August Mausolf, 89, passed away unexpectedly Sun afternoon in 
Harbor Beach hospital after being admitted for a few hours. He was born Nov 20, 
1867 in Germany and came to the U S when a small boy. His wife Martha preceded 
him in death in 1902. Mr Mausolf was a member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Cath ch 
and Holy Name Society. August worked 24 years for the former Huron Milling Co 
and also farmed. Survivors are two daughters Mrs Adeline Wood, Harbor Beach 
where Mr Mausolf has lived the past 14 years, also Mrs Mary Tate, Oscoda, MI; 
one son, Michael who died in 1942; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 3 
sisters, Mrs Theresa Kanthak, Mrs Mary Learman and Miss Anna Mausolf; all of 
Harbor Beach; one brother, Joseph, harbor Beach. Funeral services will be 
10 am. In O.L.L.H. Cath ch. Burial will be in Rock Falls cemetery.
