Anna (Richard) Mazure
January 11, 1886 – May 2, 1977
Mrs. August Mazure - BAD AXE - Anna Mazure, 91, of Bad Axe, died today in Tri-
City Nursing Center after a long illness.  She was bom January 11, 1886, in 
Detroit, and moved to in Huron County at the age of eight.  She married August 
Mazure on March 6, 1905, at Parisville and had lived in Verona Township since 
her marriage.  Mr. Mazure died on May 17, 1967.   Mrs. Mazure was a member of 
the Adelis Regina Circle, Daughters of Isabella; and the St. Reta's Altar 
Society, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rapson. 

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Maedel and Mrs. Leo (Eleanor) 
Thiel, both of Bad Axe, and Miss Terry Mazure, Detroit; three sons, Henry 
Mazure, Harbor Beach, Albert Mazure, Bad Axe, and Joseph Mazure, Utica; 16 
grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  A fourth son, John, died on December 
3, 1954.  Visiting hours start at 7 p.m. today in Zinger Funeral Home, Ubly, 
where Rosaries will be recited at 8 and 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.  Services will be 
Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Steven Sramek, 
O.S.B.v officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Published Times
