Edward Mazure
March 23, 1898 - December 30, 1935
 Ubly, Dec. 31 - Edward Mazure. 37, died Monday in his home in Verona 
township after a two-days' illness of pneumonia.  Funeral services will be 
held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic, church. Smiths 
Corners, by the paster. Rev. Fr. Joseph Gorski. with burial in the the 
church cemetery.  Mr. Mazure is survived by his parents. Mr. and Mrs. 
Michael Mazure, Verona: five brothers, Frank, Harbor Beach; William, Bad 
Axe: and John, Thomas and Arthur, all at home, and on sister, Mrs. Fred 
Kowalke, Detroit.  Published Times Herald (Port Huron, Michigan) Tuesday 
December 31, 1935.


Additional Comments:
Note:  Mother:  Martha Wrobel.  Sister Agnes Kowalke.  According to his death 
certificate, Edward actually died in Sigel Township, not Verona Township as 
stated in his obituary.
