Lewis E. McCullough
October 2, 1939 - July 11, 2010
Lewis E. McCullough, 70, of Almont passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010 at his 
home.  He was born October 2, 1939 in Detroit the son of Ora and Estelle 
(Hayman) McCullough.  He attended Lincoln High School in Warren then served 
with the US Air Force.  He married Gloria Glaza on February 13, 1965 in 
Warren.  Following his service years he completed an apprenticeship at Ford 
Motor Company then worked for Chrysler Corp. for 30 years, retiring from the 
Sterling Stamping plant in 1998 as a tool & die maker.  Following his 
retirement he worked at the Almont-Do-it-Center and Home Depot in Washington. 

He is survived by his wife Gloria; two daughters, Cara (Paul) Farrell of Avon 
CT and Lora (David) VanBuren of Imlay City; one son, Flint (Chieko) McCullough 
of Dryden; Grandchildren, Ryan and Emily Farrell, Abbie and Adam VanBuren and 
Kameko, Miya, and Emi McCullough; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded 
in death by his parents and one sister Marilyn Parker.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2010 from 2 – 8pm with funeral 
services Thursday at 11 a.m. at Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Almont with 
Pastor Jeffrey Krist of Gateway Assembly Church in Imlay City officiating.  In 
lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or Paws
