Francis A. (Klajda/Klida) Miller
May 19, 1882 - October 3, 1970
Mrs. Frances A. Miller, 88, Sand Beach Township, died Saturday in Saginaw 
Hospital after a long illness. She was born May 19, 1882, in Parisville 
Township, (laughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ignatz (Michalina Klieber) Klida.  She 
married Joseph Miller in 1902 in Parisville.  They lived in Sand Beach 
Township since 1903.  He died March 14, 1958.  Mrs. Miller is survived by 
two daughters, Mrs. Rose Peruski, Minden City, and Mrs. Marie Schulte, 
Harbor Beach; a son, Boniface Zurek, Bad Axe, and 20 grandchildren and 51 
great grandchildren. 

The remains are in Ramsey Funeral Home, Harbor Beach, where the Rosary will 
be recited at 8:30 p.m. today.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday 
in Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, Rev. Walter Eckert, pastor 
officiating.  She was a member of that parish.  Burial will be in the church

Additional Comments:
Note: Married Paul Zurek (1875-1901) on January 23, 1899 in St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church in Parisville.  Her actual marriage date to Joseph Miller 
was August 27, 1901 (not in 1902 as stated in her obituary) in St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church.
