Bernard E. Murawski  
April 2, 1930 - April 5, 2021
Bernard E. Murawski, age 91, of Otter Lake entered eternal life on April 5, 
2021 at Ascension Genesys.  Bernard was born April 2, 1930 in Grindstone 
City, Michigan to the late Raymond and Theresa (Seneski) Murawski.  He 
married Lorraine Peyerk on November 3, 1956 in Rapson, Michigan.  Bernard 
was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Otisville, the Knights 
of Columbus - Davison, was a founding member of the Rapson Sportsmen's Club, 
and played the accordion in Art's Polka Band.  Bernard found enjoyment in 
polka dancing, bowling, intarsia woodworking, was an avid outdoorsman that 
enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling.  Most of all Bernard loved spending 
time with his family and friends. 

Bernard is survived by his wife Lorraine, children: Cheryl (William) 
Kowalski, Denise (John) Kenyon, Lynn (Lawrence) Chuhran, Kerry (Elizabeth) 
Murawski, James (Claudine) Murawski, siblings: Agnes Duda, Lillian (Roger) 
Pajak, Gerald (Virginia) Murawski, Eugene (Rita) Murawski, inlaws: Donald 
(Marilou) Peyerk, Carol Peyerk, grandchildren: Daniel (Jamie), Clarisse 
(Ryan), Lucas, Heather (Jeremy), Stephanie (Jay), Rachel (Charles), Raymond 
(Gracie), Austin, Autumn, Aiden, great-grandchildren: Alex, Emma, Teddy, 
Josh, Noah, Eli, Sammy, Pierce, Leona, Charley, and Roman.  He was preceded 
in death by his parents, and great-grand-daughter Kaylee. 

A Celebratory Mass for Bernard will be held 11:00 AM on Friday, April 23, 
2021 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Otisville - Visitation 10:00 
AM till time of service.  [A LiveStream of the mass will be available on 
Bernard's obituary starting at 10:55AM].  Father Kenneth Coughlin celebrant.  
Interment St Joseph Cemetery in Rapson, Michigan 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 
24, 2021.  Memorial contributions in memory of Bernard may be made to 
Scleroderma Foundation.  Arrangements entrusted to Jansen Family Funeral 
Home - Columbiaville.  Published in Huron Daily Tribune on April 22, 2021.
