Bad Axe, Aug 18 -- Anthony Ney, 65, resident of Huron County since 1912 except 
for 10 years in Lincoln, MI, died today in Hubbard Memorial Hospital after an 
illness of five months. Born Sept 5, 1886, in Hungary, Mr. Ney came to the U S 
with his father, the late Joseph Ney in 1903, settling in Cleveland. They came 
nine years later to Huron County. During his residence in Lincoln, Mr. Ney was 
manager of the Twin Lakes hotel. He is survived by two brothers, Joseph and 
George Ney, and a sister, Mrs. Harry James all of Bad Axe.  Funeral services 
will be conducted at 8 a.m. Wed in Sacred Heart Cath ch by Rt Rev Msgr Charles A 
Roark. Burial will be in Colfax Cemetery. Remains are in Alden A MacAlpine 
funeral home where Msgr Roard will officiate at Rosary devotions at 8 p.m. 
today.
