Lyle Nugent
Bad Axe - Lyle Nugent, 37, former resident of Bingham twp, died unexpectedly Mon 
night of a heart attack in the home of his sister, Mrs Carol Neiman, Detroit. Mr 
Nugent, son of Mrs Ida Nugent, Bingham twp and the late Warren Nugent, was born 
April 3, 1921 in Bad Axe. He was graduated in 1938 by Bad Axe High school and in 
1940 by Cleary Business College, Ypsilanti. Mr Nugent was employed the last 17 
years by Chrysler Corp in Detroit. He was a member of Briggs Management club in 
Detroit and Ubly Lodge No 384 F & A M. He is survived by his mother, 5 sisters, 
Mrs Elinore Marquardt and Mrs Florence Osminski, both of Bad Axe; Mrs Fay 
Hanselman and Mrs Neiman, both of Detroit and Mrs Mary Knight, Cass City and a 
brother, John W Nugent, Ubly. He never married. Remains are in the Ida Nugent 
home in Bingham twp. The will be removed at noon Friday to Ubly Presbyterian ch 
for services at 2 p.m. Rev George Gillette will officiate at the services and 
Ubly Lodge No 384 F & A M will be in charge of graveside services at Colfax 
cemetery.
