Richard Joseph Osantowski  
May 31, 1954 - October 4, 2023
Richard Joseph Osantowski, of Warren, passed away on October 4th, 2023.  Richard 
is survived by his wife Patricia, children Pennie (Jeremy) Marko, Joseph 
Osantowski and five grandchildren. 

Visitation Monday, October 9th, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. A H Peters 
Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, Michigan 48088.  Funeral Tuesday 
October 10th, 2023 at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 East 14 Mile Road, 
Sterling Heights, Michigan 48312.  In-State 10:30 A.M. with Mass at 11:00 A.M.

Richard Joseph Osantowski, of Warren, passed away on October 4th, 2023.  Richard 
was born on May 31st, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan to his parents Peter and Ella 
Mae.  In 1983 he married his beloved wife Patricia and together they shared 46 
years together and raised two children.  He loved his family and whether it was 
playing cards with his siblings, spending time with his wife and kids or 
experiencing the joy that his grandchildren brought him, they were always the 
most important thing to him.  Richard was an accomplished horseshoe player.  He 
loved the sport of it and won several trophies and awards for his skill.  He 
enjoyed spare time at the horse tracks, sporting events, taking care of his dog 
Hazel and getting together with family.  He also loved gardening and always 
tended to a garden of fresh vegetables each season.

Richard is survived by his wife Patricia, children Pennie (Jeremy) Marko and 
Joseph Osantowski, grandchildren Leah Marko, Lydia Marko, Alaina Marko, Avery 
Marko and Anthony Grishkevich, siblings Larry (Kathy) Osantowski, Pat (Joe) 
Marino, Eugene (June) Osantowski, Marvin (Jan) Osantowski, David Osantowski and 
Kim Osantowski.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, 
friends and all those who were blessed to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his grandson Nolan Marko, his son Michael 
Grishkevich, siblings Leonard Osantowski, A.J. Owens, Betty Malerba, Susan 
Gajewski and Wayne Osantowski.
Friends may visit the A H Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, 
Michigan 48088, on Monday, October 9th, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with 
a scripture service at 7:00 P.M.  A Funeral is scheduled for Tuesday October 
10th, 2023 at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 East 14 Mile Road, Sterling 
Heights, Michigan 48312 with an In-State time of 10:30 A.M. with a Mass at 11:00 
A.M.  Richard will be laid to rest at Resurrection 

Cemetery in Clinton Township following services.  For those who wish to make a
