(Booms) Page September 2, 1900 - May 25, 1983 Christina Page, 82, Ruth, lifelong resident of Huron County, died Wednesday at her daughter’s home in Klnde after a short Illness. She was born September 2, 1900 in Sherman Township, daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Mausolf) Booms. Miss Christina Booms and David Page (Petsch) were married June 16, 1920 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ruth. He proceeded her in death January 1, 1965. Christina Page was a lifelong parishioner at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ruth and a member of the church's Christian Mothers organization. She resided In Ruth since 1952. Surviving are six sons, Raymond Page, Des Moines. Iowa; Romanus Page, Warren; Clarence Page, Harbor Beach; Joseph Page, Marine City; George Page, Sterling Heights and Leroy Page, Klnde; seven daughters. Mrs. Harold (Rita) Clor, Minden City; Mrs. Harry (Florence) Horetskl, St. Clair Shores; Mrs. Willis (Margaret) Carson, Pontiac; Mrs. Francis (Marion) Mazure, Detroit; Mrs. Larry (Lillian) Aheam, Klnde; Mrs. Roger (Rose) DesRosiers, Troy, and Mrs. Fred (Bertha) Kramer, Jacksonville, Florida; 66 grandchildren; 61 great grandchildren: and one great great granddaughter; three brothers, Edward Booms, Norman Booms and Marcus,Booms, all of Ruth; one sister, Ida Wolschlager, Bad Axe. One daughter, Marcella Page, one brother, Frank Booms and one sister, Annie Wolschlager, preceded her in death. Services for Christina Page were held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ruth. The Rev. Raymond Oswald, pastor of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, Harbor Beach, the Rev. Harry Sikorskl, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Dwight and the retired Rev. Arthur Allen officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were completed by the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home.
