Pawlosky, 58, died at his home in Bad Axe, Tues night following a short illness. He had suffered a heart attack Oct 23 and had just returned home from the hospital Sun. He suffered a second attack Tues. He was born Jan 14, 1893 in Elkton. When he was eight years old he moved with his parents to Fillion where he lived until 1917. He then lived in Rapson for 2 years and has been a resident of Bad Axe since 1919. Survivors are his widow, Anastasia; two sons, Joseph, Minden City and Edward, St Clair; three daughters, Mrs. Irene Marsh and Mrs. Harold Haha, both of Detroit; Mrs. Omer Edwards, Bad Axe; ten grandchildren, one brother, Vincent, Detroit and four sisters, Mrs. Andrew Koroleski, Kinde; Mrs. Norman Langdon, Mrs. Rene Proteau and Mrs. Nicholas Kanston all of Detroit. Mr. Pawlosky was an employee of the Bad Axe Grain company for more than 30 yrs. In 1949 he became manager of the Rapson Bean company. Remains are at the Edward Zinger and Son Funeral home. Funeral services are at 9 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Cath ch, Bad Axe. The Very Rev Charles A Roark will officiate. Burial will be conducted by Fr Roark at 8:30 p.m. Thurs at the funeral home.(that's what the article states, but I'm sure they meant a memorial service will be conducted Thurs.)
