Mary (Kladzyk) Pelot
April 10, 1873 – December 17, 1954
Dec. 18 - Mrs. Mary Pelot, 81, widow of Gottleib Pelot, died Friday in the 
home of a daughter, Mrs. Henry Guigar in Minden Township, Sanilac. County.  
Born April 3, 1873, in Paris; Township, Huron County, Mrs. Pelot was 
daughter of the late Martin and Julia Anna (Mueller) Kladzyk. She lived the 
last 41 years in Minden Township.  She previously lived in Detroit.  
Mrs. Pelot is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Steve Grego Kawkawlin; Mrs. 
Alex Grego Detroit, and Mrs. Guigar; two sons, Julius Zurek and Bernard 
Zurek, both of Detroit; a step-daughter, Mrs. John Krajewski Toledo; a 
stepson, Leo Pelot, Detroit; 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a 
step-brother Alec Schreiber, Saginaw.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic 
church in Parisville.  Rev. Ignatius Woloszyk will officiate.  Burial will 
be in the church cemetery.   Remains are in Zinger funeral home, Ubly, where 
Father Woloszyk will conduct Rosary devotions at 8 p.m. Monday.  Published
