Peplinski November 29, 1907 - January 31, 2001 Mr. Frank A. Peplinski, 93, of Paris Township passed away Wednesday evening, January 31, 2001, at Courtney Manor of Bad Axe. He was born on November 29, 1907, in Parisville to the late Joseph and Lucy (Woyciechowski) Peplinski. He married Jean Montgomery Crudo in 1958 in Detroit. She preceded him in death in 1977. He attended Paris No. 1 Country School. He worked for 30 years at Budd Manufacturing in Detroit before retiring in 1969. He then moved to Phoenix, Arizona, area where he lived for 10 years before returning to Paris Township in 1978. He was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church in Parisville. He enjoyed hunting and euchre. He is survived by one step-daughter, Lucille Prysok, of Southfield; one step- son, Raymond Crudo of Washington state; two brothers: Archie Peplinski and his wife, Regina, of Ruth; and Ernest Peplinski and his wife, Lorraine, of South Lyons; seven sisters: Bertha Vincent of Rochester Hills; Mary Maraj of Scottsdale, Arizona; Emilie Kopinski of Rochester Hills; Irene Zalewski of Northville; Selma Danielski of Ruth; Alma Osentoski and her husband, Ben, of Garden City; and Elsie Peruski of South Lyons; one sister-in-law: Leona Peplinski of Ruth; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Edmund and Elmer Peplinski. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 2001, at St. Mary Catholic Church of Parisville. Burial will be in the church cemetery in the spring. There will be a parish wake service at 8 p.m. today by Fr. Charles Hammond at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 9:30 p.m. today and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
