Cecelia Agnes (Gentner) Peyerk 
November 29, 1920 – March 17, 1988
Harbor Beach – Cecelia A. Peyerk, 67 died Thursday, March 17, 1988, in her 
daughter’s home after a short illness.  She was born November 29, 1920, in 
Sigel Township to the late William and Anastasia (Lemanski) Gentner.  She 
married Anthony Peyerk on October 9, 1938, in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 
Rapson.  Mrs. Peyerk worked formerly for Hammill Manufacturing and was a 
parishioner of St. Joseph’s for 45 years.

Surviving are her husband; three daughters and sons-in-law, Arlene and Virgil 
Klebba of Port Huron, Linda and Dave Muter of Mount Morris and Deanna and 
William Mausolf of Whitmore Lakes; three sons, Melvin of Attica, Wayne of 
Orlando, Florida and Dale at home; 19 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; a 
great-grandson; two sisters, Florence Cieslinski and Alvina Johnston, both of 
Port Huron, and two brothers. Clarence Gentner of Marysville and Kenneth 
Gentner of Lexington, North Carolina.   She was preceded in death by a son, 
Richard, on May 20, 1962, and great-grandson, Brandon Peyerk in December 1987.  

Services will be held 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.  The Rev, 
John Cotter, pastor, will officiate. Published unknown
