Iva Esther (Bucholtz) Peyerk
February 2, 1920 - July 20, 1973
Mrs. Edward L. Peyerk- Esther- HARBOR BEACH - Mrs. Iva Peyerk, 53, a life-
long Harbor Beach area resident, died Friday in Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit 
after a short illness.  She was born February 22, 1920 in Harbor Beach.  She 
was married to Edward L. Peyerk January 27,1936 in Port Huron.  She was a 
member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, Harbor Beach. 
She is survived by her husband; five sons, Edward Peyerk Jr. and John 
Peyerk, both of Mt. Clemens, Daniel Peyerk, Utica, and Kevin and Brian 
Peyerk, both of Harbor Beach; two daughters, Mrs. Omar Roberts, Bad Axe, and 
Mrs. Ronald Horiski, Harbor Beach; three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Bailey, 
Roseville, Mrs. Edna Neal, St. Clair Shores, and Mrs. Helen Chelpinski, 
Kinde; two brothers, Charles and Wilford Bucholtz, both of Bad Axe and 18 
grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday in Our Lady of Lake Huron 
Catholic Church.  Rev. Bela Torok, pastor, will officiate.  Burial will be 
in the church cemetery.  Remains will be in the Ramsey Funeral Home, Harbor 
Beach, after 10 a.m. Sunday.  Rosary will be recited in the funeral home 8 
p.m. Monday.  Published Times Herald (Port Huron, Michigan) Saturday July
