Jacob Reiger (sic), 56,
livelong resident of Huron county, died Sat near Curran, MI while visiting his 
brother Frank Reiger. Funeral services were held Wed morning in Sacred Heart 
Cath ch, Bad Axe. Rev Charles Roark officiated. Burial was in rock Falls 
cemetery, Harbor Beach. Besides his brother, Mr Reiger is survived by a sister, 
Mrs. John Gusa, Bad Axe. 

Born in Sheridan twp, April 4, 1891, he lived all his life in the county with 
the exception of a short time when he was employed in the southern part of the 
state. For a number of years Mr Reiger lived in and near Bad Axe. He was 
employed at the Eisengruber Drug store, Hubbard hospital and other places in Bad 
Axe. He left March 11 to visit his brother.
