Mrs. Agnes Richards, 51, Ruth was found hanging in the garage of her farm home 
Friday by her husband, Frank. Mrs. Richards had been despondent for some time. 
Sheriff Merritt R. McBride and coroner Alden A MacAlpine investigated. She was 
born May 22, 1899 in Sherman twp. She is survived by her husband, six brothers, 
Bernard, Raymond and Charles Holwick all of Ruth, Frank, Anthony, and Walter of 
Harbor Beach, two sisters, Mrs. John Braun, Harbor Beach, Mrs. Fred Groth, Ruth.  
The remains are in the home. 

Funeral services will be held in St Peter and Paul ch, Ruth at 9:30 a.m. Tues. 
Rev Frank Kaufman, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the church 
cemetery. Rosary devotions will be at 8 p.m. Monday.
