Roggenbuck, age 86 of Harbor Beach, formerly of Mt. Clemens, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at his home, under hospice care. He was born on October 29, 1935 in Harbor Beach, to the late Edward and Rose (Lorkowski) Roggenbuck. Fred and Arlene Ann Messing were united in marriage on September 7, 1957. She preceded him in death on March 24, 1980. Fred was proud of the work he did and the home he built. In 1969, they moved from Detroit to his home in Mt. Clemens. On June 26, 1981 he and Delores Faircloth were united in marriage. She preceded him in death on June 19, 2016. Fred worked as a tool and dye maker for many years, including making his own inventions and became quite the entrepreneur. On September 14, 2018, Fred and Carol Roggenbuck were united in marriage. Fred was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Mt. Clemens and the Richmond Sportsmen Club, where he enjoyed shooting skeet and trap. He enjoyed hunting, wood working, family dinners, and his dogs. Fred is survived by his wife Carol Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, his children: Timothy (Liz) Roggenbuck of New York, David Roggenbuck of Alabama, Gary (Cindy) Roggenbuck of Macomb, Judy (Jim) Streu of Pinckney, Karen Phillips of Attica, Joan (Rolf) Plumhoff of Shelby Towship, Amy Roggenbuck of Alabama, step-child Sally (Mike) Peters of Wyoming, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Beatrice (Mike) Kubacki of Onaway, and Step Children: Chris Roggenbuck, Kevin Roggenbuck, Keith Roggenbuck, Jeff Roggenbuck, and Cathy Roggenbuck- Hellenbeck. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Cynthia (Fred) Anthony, granddaughter Tanya Kluger, and his siblings: Esther Marie, Rita, Loretta Rose, Clemens, Chester, Jean Ann, Thomas, Barbara, and Richard. Visitation for Fred will be on Monday, from 2-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Tuesday, will be at St. Peter's Catholic Church of Mt. Clemens, from 9:30 am until time of service at 10:30 am. Funeral Mass for Fred will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 10:30 am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 95 Market St., Mt. Clemens, MI 48043.
