Barthol (Bud) Henry Roggenbuck May 7, 1929 - November 2, 2022 Barthol "Bud" Roggenbuck, age 93 of Harbor Beach, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at his home under hospice care in Lithia, Florida. He was born on May 7, 1929 in Harbor Beach to the late Henry and Magdalene (Holdwick) Roggenbuck. B ud served in the US Army, serving overseas in Korea, during the Korean Conflict. He and Geraldine Clor, were united in marriage on May 21, 1955 in OLLH. She preceded him in death on September 22, 1996. Bud was member of many organizations over the years. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church of the Holy Name of Mary Parish in Harbor Beach and the Nativity Catholic Church in Brandon, Florida, Knights of Columbus of Ruth, St. Anthony's Men's Club, served on the Harbor Beach School Board, Ruth Farmers Elevator Board, Holy Name of Mary Parish. On February, 14, 1998, Bud and Eleanor (Wrubel) Oswald were united in marriage. Bud is survived by his wife, Eleanor Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, his children: Karen (Stephen) Mattson of Marquette, George (Charlene) Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, Dr. Mark Roggenbuck of East Syracuse, New York, grandchildren: Ryan (Char) Mattson, Kevin (Carly) Mattson, Tricia (Lee) Ricks, Kelli (Steve) Roberts, Janelle (Mitch) Lamke, Darrin (special friend Lexi Bushey) Roggenbuck, 9 great grandchildren, Brothers and sisters: William (Rosemary) Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, Robert Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, Michael (Pat) Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, John Roggenbuck of Harbor Beach, Joseph Roggenbuck of Duluth, Minnesota, Evelyn (Roy) Stein of Harbor Beach, Jean Merkler of Fort Wayne, Indiana, brother & Sister-in-law: Margaret Clor, Richard Talaski, Marge (Mick) Schott, step children: Karen Landreth, George Oswald, Kevin (Bebe) Oswald, Gregory Oswald, Angela (Don) DuRocher, James (Sonja) Oswald, 13 step grandchildren, and 8 step great grandchildren, in-laws: Sally Andrlik, Francis (Arthur) Hipkiss, Dorothy (Stan) Strugala, Manette (Jim) Johnson, Irvin (Shirley) Wrubel, Michael (Joyce) Wrubel, Daniel (Norma) Wrubel, Richard (Marge) Wrubel, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine Roggenbuck, siblings: Mary June Roggenbuck, Gerald Roggenbuck, Infant Brother John Roggenbuck, Ronald Roggenbuck, Sister Margaret Ann Roggenbuck, brother and sisters-in-law: Linda C. Roggenbuck, Linda Roggenbuck, Don Merkler, Melvin Clor, Ilene Talaski, Ira Wrubel, Adeline Woychowski, Patricia Jimkoski, and an infant sister-in-law. Funeral Mass for Bud will be Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 11 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr Kevin Wojciechowski. Visitation for Bud will be on Monday, November 7, from 2-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Tuesday, will be at the church, beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11 am. A Rosery service will be held by the Ruth K of C at 4:30 pm Monday in the funeral home.
