Aletha (Roggenbuck) Romzek
November 18, 1932 – July 4, 1953
Harbor Beach Woman Killed - Autos Collide At Intersection
Harbor Beach, July 4 - Mrs.  Aletha Romzek, 20, wife of Eugene Romzek, was 
killed about 2:40 p.m.  Saturday in an automobile accident at Priemer and Buhl 
roads about 4 miles SW of here.   Trooper John A.  Seppanen said automobiles, 
driven west on Priemer road by Mrs. Romzek and north on Buhl road by Anthony 
Kramer, 51, Detroit, collided.   Coroner Alden A.  MacAlpine also 
investigated.  Remains of Mrs. Romzek were removed to Burton E. Ramsey funeral 
home in Harbor Beach and later to Edward Zinger & Son funeral home in Ubly.   
This was the 13th traffic fatality of 1953 in Huron County.   Kamer, a retired 
Detroit Policeman, is in Harbor Beach hospital with chest injuries, bruises on 
the head and cuts on the left knee.  Ellen Romzek, one-year-old daughter of 
Mrs.  Romzek was treated at the hospital for bruises on the head and was 
released
