Blanche H. (Galloway) Rutkowski
February 10, 1893- May 19, 1963
MRS. JOHN RUTKOWSKI TYRE - Mrs. Blanche H. Rutkowski, 70, wife of John 
Rutkowski, died unexpectedly Sunday in her farm home in Austin Township, Sanilac 
County, after suffering a stroke.   Born February 10, 1893, in Sarnia, Mrs. 
Rutkowski came in 1933 to the Thumb.  She was married to Edward Kolar in 1937 in 
St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Sarnia. He died February 4, 1946.  She was 
married June 28, 1947, to Mr. Rutkowski in St. John's Catholic Church in Ubly. 

Mrs. Rutkowski is survived by her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Chester Pettinger, 
Cass City and Mrs. Austin Matthews, Sarnia; two stepsons, Jacob and Marshall 
Rutkowski, both of Detroit, and 10 stepgrandchildren. 
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in St. John's Church in 
Ubly by Rev. Zygmunt I, Gaj.   Burial will be the the church cemeterv.  The 
remains are in Zinger Funeral Home, Ubly, where Father Gaj will recite the 
Rosary at 8 p.m. Wednesday.  Published Port Huron Times Herald Tuesday May 21,
