Phillies' Farm Hurler Drowns In Saginaw Bay 
BAY CITY July 8 (AP) A young pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies' Class Pony 
League team at Elmira, N.Y., drowned Monday while skin diving in Saginaw Bay off 
Point Au Gres.  Kenneth T. Rybak, 20, an all-around athlete when he attended St. 
Stanislaus High School here, was home on sick leave from the Phillies' farm 
club.  He was having some dental surgery performed.   Rybak pitched several no 
hit games in sandlot baseball.  Companions, including his brother Michael, 15, 
and Richard, 7, and a brother-in-law, Jerry Van Sale recovered the body.
