Kenneth T. Rybak, 20, an all-around athlete when he attended St. Stanislaus High School here, was home on sick leave from the Phillies' farm club. He was having some dental surgery performed. Rybak pitched several no hit games in sandlot baseball. Companions, including his brother Michael, 15, and Richard, 7, and a brother-in-law, Jerry Van Sale recovered the body.
