Frederick Schumacher  
March 25, 1874 - September 21, 1946
Ruth, Sept. 21 Frederick Schumacher, 72, lifelong resident of Sherman Township, 
died Saturday afternoon in his home.  Mr. Schumacher is survived by his widow, 
Mrs. Catherine Schumacher; a son, Ray Schumacher, Ruth, five grandchildren, 
seven brothers, William Schumacher, Detroit, John Schumacher, Harbor Beach, 
Frank and Neal Schumacher, both of Ruth, Ray Schumacher, Yale, Peter Schumacher, 
Palms, and Dean Schumacher, Port Sanilac, and a sister, Mrs. Leona Edgar, 
Hawthorne, New Jsersey.   Mr. Schumacher was born March 26, 1874, in Sherman 
Township.  Published Port Huron Times Herald Sunday September 22, 1946

Note:  Born to William and Rosa (Brodbach) Schumacher.  Married Catherine Terbrack 
on November 26, 1912 in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Ruth, Michigan
