Audrey Patricia (Hilton) Schumacher
November 1, 1924 - August 15, 1995
LEXINGTON - Audrey P. Schumacher, 70, died Tuesday, August 15, 1995.  She 
was born November 1, 1924 in Detroit.  She married Joseph A Schumacher on 
October 8, 1946 in Ruth.  He died May 1, 1982.  Mrs. Schumacher was a 
veteran of World War II in the Navy.  She was a member of St. Dennis 
Catholic Church and the American Legion Detroit. 

She is survived by three sons, Joseph A. (Linda) Schumacher II of Arizona, 
Paul M. (Linda) Schumacher of Fort Gratiot, and Maurice F. Schumacher of 
West Branch; three daughters, Mary Jo Lowery of Tennessee, Patricia 
(Anthony) Adamowicz of Attica, and Cynthia Schumacher of Farmington Hills; 
one brother, George (Bernice) Hilton of Ubly; 16 grandchildren; eight great-
grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Audrey in I960. 

A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 1 a.m. Thursday in St. Dennis Catholic 
Church, Lexington.  The Rev. Donald Eppenbrock will officiate.  Burial will 
be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Ruth.  Visiting will be 2 to 9 p.m. today 
in the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Lexington.  A Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
