Adeline Ann (Clor) Selke April 22, 1911 - September 25, 1992 Funeral services were today, Monday, September 28, 1992, for Adeline A. Selke, 81 of White Rock who died Friday, September 25, 1992 at home after a brief illness. She was born April 22, 1911 in. Minden City, daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Terbrack) Clor. She married John A. Selke November 4, 1933 at St. Mary's Church in St. Clair, he preceded her in death October 10, 1986. The couple farmed in Sherman Township for 44 years. Mrs. Selke was a parishioner of St. John's Catholic Church in Forestville and was a former school board member of White Rock School. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Alice) Woychowski of Harbor Beach; four grandchildren; one sister, Charlotte Seidl of Detroit; and one brother, Tom Clor of Ruth. She was preceded in death by a son, John H., on November 7, 1985 and six brothers, Celestine, Roman, Daniel, Samuel, Howard and Antone. Services were 1:30 p.m. at St. John's Catholic Church in Forestville. The Rev. Stephen Fillion, pastor, officiated with burial in the church cemetery. A parish Scripture service was held at the Ramsey Funeral Home in Harbor Beach. Published Harbor Beach Times Thursday, October 1, 1992.
