Lewis Slavick
August 11, 1935 – August 8, 2022
Lewis Slavick of Chesterfield Michigan passed away unexpectedly August 8, 2022 
at the age of 86.  He was born August 11, 1935 in Ruth Michigan to Aloyius and 
Josephine (Klama) Slavick.  Surviving are his wife of 57 years Jo Ann; two 
daughters Natalie (Michael) and Andrea (Erik); one son Eric (Kim); four 
grandchildren Justine, Andrew, Henry and Ruth; one brother Ernest.

There will be a family service and burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
