Frank Tenbusch
August 14, 1900 – March 21, 1984
Frank Tenbusch, 83, Harbor Beach, died Wednesday, March 21 in Harbor Beach 
Community Hospital after a short illness.  He was born August 14, 1900 in 
Sherman Township, son of the late Barney and Mary (Wolschlager) Tenbusch.  
Frank Tenbusch and Miss Grace Schorsch were married February 17, 1924 in Harbor 
Beach.  She preceded him in death October 6, 1943.  He then married Hazel Phol
(sic) in August of 1951.  She preceded him in death in 1963.  Frank Tenbusch 
was a parishioner at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, Harbor Beach.  He 
was a sailor and was First Mate before retiring in 1963.
   
Surviving are two sons, Arthur Tenbusch, Lexington, and Melvin Tenbusch, Harbor 
Beach; four daughters, Ms. Marion Tenbusch, Caseville, Mrs. Beatrice Rambo, 
Alabama, Mrs. Lois Weiss, Harbor Beach, and Mrs. Frances Rubery, Florida; 23 
grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Theresa Booms and Mrs. 
Emma Emming, both of Harbor Beach; and four brothers, Alfred Tenbusch, Roman 
Tenbusch and Allen Tenbusch, all of Harbor Beach, and Raymond Tenbusch, 
Wisconsin.  Twin daughters, one sister and two brothers preceded him in death.
   
Services were 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, Harbor 
Beach.  The Rev. Raymond Oswald, pastor, officiated.  Burial was in St. 
Anthony's Catholic Cemetery, Helena.  Ramsey Funeral Home, Harbor Beach, was in
