Angus Tenbusch
November 29, 1917 – May 21, 1969
Angus Tenbusch, 51, lifelong resident of Sherman Township, died Wednesday, May 
21, in the Harbor Beach Community Hospital after an illness of a month.  Son of 
the late Bernard and Agnes M. (Mix) Tenbusch, he was born November 29, 1917, in 
Sherman Township.  Mr. Tenbusch was a farmer until 1968, when he sold his farm 
and moved to Ruth, were he was employed.

A bachelor, Mr. Tenbusch is survived by four brothers, Alfred and Allan 
Tenbusch, both of Harbor Beach; Roman Tenbusch, Ruth, and Raymond Tenbusch, of 
LaCross, Wisconsin; a sister, Mrs. Bernard (Alma) Emming. Ruth; a half brother, 
Frank Tenbusch, Harbor Beach, and two half sisters, Mrs. Theresa Booms, Ruth, 
and Mrs. Elizabeth Ebach, Troy.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday at 10 a.m. in Sts. Peter and Paul 
Catholic Church, Ruth, Rev. John Rushman officiated.  Burial was in St. 
Anthony’s Cemetery at Helena. Published Port Huron Times Herald May 22, 1969
