Fred J. Terbrack
November 5, 1933 – May 17, 2001
Fred J. Terbrack, age 67, of Olmstead Falls, Ohio died suddenly Thursday, May 
17, 2001 following a heart condition at St. John West Shore Hospital in 
Westlake, Ohio.  Born in Cleveland, Mr. Terbrack had been a resident of 
Olmstead Falls for the past 10 years.  He was a self-employed painter, owning 
Fred’s Painting and Wallpapering, retiring in 2000.

Tebrack is survived by two daughters: Brenda L. Hein (husband late Timothy G.) 
and Tory Palivode (husband Paul J.) both of Marysville, four grandchildren, two 
brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 21 at the Kacikek Funeral 
Home, 29060 Lorain Road, North Olmstead.  Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. 
and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  Interment in Evergreen cemetery, 
Westlake, Ohio with the Rev. Don Wilson officiating.  Memorial Contributions 
may be made to the St. John and West Shire Hospital Dialysis Unit, 2900 Center 
Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145.

Fred  was born November 5, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of William Sam Terbrack 
(1896-1953) and Theresa A. Friendt (abt.1895-1967.  Fred belonged to the line 
of Terbracks that stayed in Ohio instead of moving to Huron County Michigan
