Aloysius Lawrence Wasierski
June 6, 1908 - January 26, 1970
Lawrence A. Wasierskj, 61, died unexpectedly Monday night of a heart attack in 
his farm home in Verona Township, Huron County.  He was born June 6, 1908 in 
Tyre.  He and Miss Adrianna Sofka were married February 20, 1942.  Mr. and Mrs. 
Wasierski lived the last 25 years in Verona Tonwnship.  

He is survived by his widow; four sons, Lawrence P. Wasierski, Jackson. Mich., 
Gerald Wasierski, Oak Park, IIIinois, Philip Wasierski, who lives with his 
parents, and Dennis Wasierski, serving with the United States Army in Vietnam; 
three daughters, Misses Mary and Margaret Wasierski, both of Detroit, and Miss 
Barbara Wasierski, who lives with her parents, five sisters, Mrs. Adeline 
Blaskowski, Cheboygan, Mich.,  Mrs. Cecelia Mara, Highland Park,  Mrs. Lillian 
Flis, Warren, Mrs. Violet Lingvai, Bryan, O., and Mrs. Patricia Wichman, 
Tunjanga, VCalif., and two brothers, Norbert Wasierski, Mt. Clemens, and 
Sylvester Wasiersk, Ubly.  Mr. Wasierski was a parishioner of Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church.

The remains are in Alden A. MacAlpine Funeral Homes.  Services are incomplete, 
awaiting word from Dennis Wasierski in Vietnam.  Published Times Herald (Port 
Huron, Michigan) Tuesday January 27. 1970

Notes:  Parents: Anthony & Josephine (Kowalski) Wasierski.  Married Adrianna Sofka 
in Sheridan Township.  He frequently went by the name of Lawrence.
