Anna T. (Visga) Weiss  
September 14, 1908 – April 4, 1982
MARYSVILLE -  Anna T. Visga Weiss, 73, of 1530 George Ave., died Sunday April 4, 
1982, in Mercy Hospital after a long illness.  She was born September 14, 1908, 
in Parisville.  She lived in the Marysville area since 1925.  She married Edward 
Weiss July 12, 1946.  He died December 16, 1978.  Mrs. Weiss worked at Chrysler 
Corp. and Mueller Brass Co. during World War II.  She was a member of St. 
Christopher Church and the St. Christopher Altar Society.

She is survived by a son, Leo R. Nicefield, Port Huron; four daughters, Mrs. 
Shirley Morrison, Port Huron, Mr. Donald (Mary) Gerstenberger, Oxford, Mrs. 
William (Beatrice) Cowger, Marysville, and Mrs. Homer (Rose) Haney, Topton, 
N.C.; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are incomplete at the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home.  Visiting is 
from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.  Published The
