Katherine M. (Koenders) Willsie
June 18, 1925 – July 5, 2011
Katherine M. (Koenders) Willsie, age 86 of Midland, Michigan died at her 
residence on Tuesday, July 5, 2011.  The daughter of the late John and Mary 
(Krause) Koenders was born on June 18, 1925 in Midland where she was raised and 
educated.  On August 28, 1942 she married Jack Willsie in Freeland and he 
predeceased her in 1983. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, 
was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening and especially her dog. 

 Katherine is survived by her sons, Richard (Rose) Willsie of Auburn, James 
Willsie of Sterling; daughters, Karen (Willard) Foster of Gainesville, 
Missouri, Judy (Darby) Lance of Midland, Janet McLean of Ocala, Florida, 
Barbara (Larry) Carsten of Cedar Creek, Texas and Maria Willsie of Auburn; six 
grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.  	Published Wilson Miller Funeral
