Clarence Raymond Wruble
April 16, 1921 - April 13, 1981
 HARBOR BEACH - Clarence R. Wruble, 59, died Monday, April 13, 1981, in 
Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, after a long illness. He was born April 16, 
1921, in Harbor Beach, where he was a lifelong resident.  He married 
Marjorie Suida December 29, 1946, in Harbor Beach.  Mr. Wruble owned and 
operated Wruble Elevators in Harbor and Ubly.  He was a parishioner of Our 
Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church and a member of its Men's Club.  He was a 
member and past commander of Burhans-Hagedon Post 197, American Legion. 

He is survived by his wife; four sons, Robert, Raymond and Ronald, all of 
Harbor Beach, and Gary, a student in Kalamazoo; three daughters, Suzanne 
Dansereau, Essexville, Kay, Harbor Beach, and Carol Wruble Thatcher, Mason; 
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wruble, a brother, Larry, and a sister, 
Mrs. Elaine Oparka, all of Harbor Beach; and seven grandchildren.  A brother 
died earlier. 

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of Lake Huron 
Catholic Church. The Rev. John Troester, pastor, will officiate.  Burial 
will be in the church cemetery with military rites.  Visiting begins at 3 
p.m. today in the Ramsey Funeral Home.  A wake service will be held at 7 
p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.  Published Times Herald (Port Huron,
