Herbert C. Zulka, 79, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012 at St. John Hospital in 
Detroit after a short illness.

He was born in Minden City on Nov. 3, 1932. He and Mary Jane were married on 
June 23, 1956.

Herbert served in the U. S. Marines during the Korean Conflict and retired from 
Champion Spark Plug.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane; his son, Kevin; one sister, Mary Susalla 
and special in-law, Pete Stomack; and several brother and sister-in-laws and 
nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, Steven.

Cremation has taken place at Meadowcrest Cemetery.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
