John Nelson 1825-1909,Helped Make These Bricks used in [building] the 
Pt.Crescent Chimney built in 1871 [and] destroyed in 1961. The Nelson 
Family.Dedicated in his memory.

Additional Comments:
The chimney can still be seen in Port Crescent State Park
