Mr. Talaski was born April 13, 1897. He was a lifelong resident of the Rapson area. William and Cecelia (Andrejewski- Andreski)were married in 1921. Survivors are his widow; four sons, Jerry "Zig" and Arthur "Archie" Talaski of Alburn, Michigan, Alvin Talaski,Detroit, and Elmer Talaski,Filion; 20 grandchildren; two brothers, John and Alex Talaski, Bad Axe; three sisters, Frances Miller, Bad Axe, Emma Kanaby, Barbara Prill of Detroit. Remains are at the family residence, that is the first house east of Rapson on the left side of the road. Rosary will be recited there at 8 P.M.. Thursday by the Altar Society. Solemn Requiem High Mass will be recited Friday at 10 A.M. at St. Jospeh's Catholic Church. Rapson by Very Rev. Joseph Karaba OSB and other prients. Burial will be int he church cemetery.
