ALD. HUBERT M. EDDY (with photo)

Alderman Eddy, 58, of 1918 South Pennsylvania avenue, was stricken with a 
heart attack at his home at 4:20 o'clock Saturday afternoon.

He was working in the basement when he collapsed.  He was carried upstairs and 
the fire department inhalator squad summoned.

Fireman used the inhalator one hour to revive Alderman Eddy and he was taken 
to Edward W. Sparrow hospital in the police ambulance.

Hospital attendants said his condition was 'only fair'.  He is being attended 
by Dr. William D. Hayword.
