Gerald Leon Earl, 87, of Lansing, died Aug. 28, 1989, in Lansing.
Mr. Earl was born in Needmore, Eaton County, the son of Walter & Evelyn
(Helms) Earl. He was a branch manager for Citizens Commercial Savings Bank
in Flint for 32 years before his retirement.

He is survivied by one sister-in-law, Zelma Cherry of Lansing; one cousin,
Ivan King of Charlotte; three nephews, Patrick Cherry and his wife, Susie,
and Donald Cherry and his wife, Delores, all of Lansing, and Michael Cherry
and his wife, Heidi, of Cincinnati Ohio; one niece, Carolyn (Mrs. Lyle)
Brown of Lansing; and several grand nieces & grand nephews.

Graveside services were held Aug. 31 at Maple Hill Cemetery. Arrangments
by Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte.
