DEATHS

Mrs. Malvina Loeffler

Mrs. Malvina Loeffler, 83, died early Wednesday morning at the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. James E. Morgan of 1406 West Lenawee street, after a short 
illness.  She had been a resident of Lansing for the past 14 years, coming 
here from Escanaba.  She was a member of Holy Cross church and St. Mary's 
circle of the Altar society of the church.  Surviving, besides the daughter at 
whose home she died, are another daughter, Mrs. Sidney Holland of Portland, 
Ore., one son, Edward J. Loeffler of Escanaba, four grandchildren and four 
great-grandchildren.  Rosary will be recited at the Palmer-Bush funeral home 
Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock after which the body will be taken to Escanaba 
for funeral services Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Joseph's church 
with burial in Holy Cross cemetery.
