Lansing State Journal - 8 Sep 1964
OBERLIN, Frank A - 6305 Daft Street
Age 83, died Tuesday at a local hospital. Born 3 Mar 1844 (sic) in Isabella County,
Mr OBERLIN had been 
a resident of Lansing for 44 years, a former employee of Lansing Drop Forge,
retiring in 1946 and was 
a member of Cedarway Free Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.
Mildred STRATTON of 
Lansing and Beatrice HALL of Midland; three son, James A. of St. Johns, Clare W. of
Lansing, and George 
O. of Haslett; 20 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be
held Thursday at 
Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home with Rev. Howard FUNK of Cedarway Free Methodist
Church 
officiating. Graveside services at 2:00 Thursday at Broomfield Cemetery in Isabella
Co.
