This headstone is that of siblings:

     Elmer C. De Witt - b. on or about 03 Oct 1871 / d. on or about 8 May 
          1872
     
     Cora , De Witt - b. on or about  10 Apr 1860 / d. on or about 18 Dec
          1871
 



Additional Comments:
These children are two of the children born to Eli , and Sarah , De Witt.  Eli 
was the 6th child/5th son born to my paternal Great/Great Grandparents Moses , 
and Mary Francis De Witt, and brother to my Great Grandfather, Moses O.
De Witt.

The Cabot Cemetery records were all lost as the result of a fire.  All that is 
known about those that are buried in this cemetery has been information 
gathered after the fire from surviving family members, stone rubbings, and 
inscriptions on those stones that are still legible. 

With regards to these two family members, there is conflicting information 
between family records and what the rubbings taken from this headstone appear 
to report.  The above records indicate the information taken after the 
rubbings and will not be changed until such time as other records can show 
definitive evidence that this information is wrong.
