  Clarence, Died Aug. 28, 1855, Aged 1 Yr., 5 Mos., 11 d's
  Children of W. & F. H. Ward

Side 3:
  Alanson Ward, Died Feb. 19, 1870, Aged 69 Yrs., 4 Mo's & 3 d's.
  Olive, Wife of A. Ward, Died Apr. 1?, 1891, Aged 83 Yrs., 11 mos & 27 d's.
  Lucy, Daut. of A. & O. Ward, Died Nov. 2, 1859, Aged 33 Yrs., 3 Mos. & 21 
d's.
