                             Marcus M. Atwood
                               1825 - 1898

Marcus M. Atwood, son of Zenas Atwood and Hulda G. Purinton (Purrington) was
born on November 24, 1825 in Homer, Cortland, New York USA. He was a lawyer
and died of heart failure on September 17, 1898 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan
USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Section 2 Lot 63 in Dansville, Ingham, 
Michigan USA with no visible marker for his grave. He was married in April of
1863 to Louise J. Skadan, daughter of Samuel Skadan and Irena Sheldon.
