                                1880 - 1890

Gertrude Austin daughter of Rev. Charles William Austin and Elizabeth "Libbie" 
Mary Mason was born on October 13, 1880 in Redford, Wayne, Michigan USA. On 
April 17, 1890 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA she died with scarlet fever 
and buried with her brother Charles Henry Austin at Fairview Cemetery, Section 2 
Lot 196 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. Her parents are buried in Forest 
Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Glendale, Los Angeles, California USA. Gertrude 
was the sixth child of eight children: George, Caroline (Walter Powell 
Harryman), Charles Henry, Grace E. (Christopher M. Arnkens), Oliver Rufus 
(Myrtle Blanche Blossom), Gertrude, Frank Lynn (Lillian Lenore Judkins) and 
Allan Sherwood Austin (Mary Elizabeth Sweezy).
