                              1868 - 1903

Dr. James Cordon Avery son of Sylvester Avery and Elizabeth A. Doane was born on
August 19, 1868 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. He died on November 9, 1903
in Detroit, Wayne, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview Cemetery, Dansville, 
Ingham, Michigan USA. He married Lavancha Fidelia Walker on July 16, 1980 in
Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA and they had seven children: Doane Lathrop,
James Walker (Helen Blanche Haas), Ruth Henri (James Alexander Kerns), Cordon
Robert (Hilda M. Wuerfel), Dorothy Genevieve, Bennett Franklin (Margaret Scales)
and Augusta F. Avery.
