                          Evelyn Eileen Cieslak
                               1922 - 1997

Evelyn Eileen "Glynn" Cieslak daughter of Ralph Glynn and Edna Jane Warner was
born on December 31, 1922 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. She died on 
January 12, 1997 in Ellenton, Manatee, Florida USA and buried at Fairview 
Cemetery, Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. She married George Walter Cieslak 
and had three children: Jane Ann (David Walter Moore), Ronald Alan (Joyce E.) 
and Richard Cieslak (Debbie).
