                            Commodore Perry Corwin
                                 1844 - 1928

Commmodore Perry Corwin son of William Vanrennselaer Corwin and Celia Campbell
was born in August of 1844 in Ingham Township, Ingham, Michigan USA. He served
in the Civil War as a Private with Company D, 8th Regiment, Michigan Calvary and
mustered out in Nashville, Tennessee USA in September of 1865. He died in 1928 in 
California a single man with a live in companion William Dennis and was buried in 
Fairview Cemetery, Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA.
