                             James Ezra Crandall
                                 1859 - 1937

James Ezra Crandall son of David Sheridan Crandall and Rachel Cook was born 
on November 12, 1859 in White Oak Township, Ingham, Michigan USA. On 
December 18, 1937 in White Oak Township, Ingham, Michigan USA he died of 
cardio renal syndrome, apoplexy and paralysis and buried at Fairview 
Cemetery Section 3 Lot 344 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. On May 2, 
1877 in Vevay Township, Ingham, Michigan USA he married Carsilla "Cassie" M. 
Worden daughter of Joseph B. Worden and Mary "May" Janette Walker and they 
had a son named Bert "Burton" Roy Crandall (Nellie Aseltine). Cassie died on
February 13, 1878 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA aged 15 in childbirth. 
James remarried on April 4, 1894 in Mason, Ingham, Michigan USA by G. D. 
Chase, Clergyman with witnesses William J. Martin and Mrs. Tina Martin to 
Edith May Starkweather. James and Edith had three children: Mabel Mary (Rex
B. Nichols), Charles "Charlie" Crandall and Lawrence H. Crandall (Christine
Matthiesen)(Dora Mae Howlett).
