                                Mahala Dakin
                                 1803 - 1867

Mahala "Eggleston" Dakin was born on November 17, 1803 in New York USA. She died
on December 24, 1867 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview 
Cemetery, Section 1 Lot 191 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. On December 18, 
1818 she married Jacob D. Dakin. Other records show a marriage date of December 
25, 1821. They had fifteen children: Michael D.(Emaline Jessop), John B.(Harriet 
Jessop), Mary Ann (Richard Glasby Warfle), Nancy, Margaret (James Warfle), Sarah 
C.(Myndert Veeder Wemple), Rachel B.((Daniel T. Weston)(Steven Ferguson), Elisha 
H.(Frances Vorce), Elizabeth "Betsy" E.(James Warfle), Daniel LeBar (Agnes 
Adelaide Ingersoll), Hubbard H.(Mary Moran), Alfred A.(Samantha Nancy Wessels), 
Abraham A.(Elnora A. Munson), Mahala (Merritt Wright) and Francis "Frank" M. 
Dakin (Mary S. Norton).
