                          Floyd "Floid" Dakin
                              1875 - 1901

Floyd Dakin son of Hubbard H. Dakin and Mary Moran was born on December 11,
1875 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. He was an Army Corporal stationed 
in Bongabong, Mindoro, Philippines during the Spanish American War. He died 
on February 2, 1901 in the Philippines and buried at Fairview Cemetery,
Section 3 Lot 339 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. On June 30, 1897 in
Williamston, Ingham, Michigan USA by William Wiedenboeft, Clergyman with 
witnesses Roy and Bertha Wagner he was married to Nellie Ellen Graves.
